Over the River and Through the Woods...

We drove over the river and through the woods to meet Grandma in BEAR LAKE! We stayed in my sister in law's Cabin and enjoyed hot tubbing in the snow, making snowmen in our swimsuits, while Ty, Bruce and Easton enjoyed snowmobiling. I couldn't get over the beautiful mountains and snow capped pines!Later that day, we all drove to the Idaho side of Bear Lake and went to the Bingham Family Christmas Party. It was held at the Reserve, a beautiful, gated comunity my cousin Amber, and her husband, Nate, are developing. Anyone looking for a fabulous mountain home--this is the place! It has several amenities including private beach, beautiful view, health club, pool, and a gathering place for the comunity but I fell in love with the Lodge. This Lodge was BEAUTIFUL and a perfect setting for a big family gathering of over 65 "Binghams." Thanks Aunt Glenda and the Bingham girls for putting this together. Most of our Bingham Family weathered the storm to drive through canyons to make it to the party! Some started and the roads were too bad (missed you, Brooke and Chloe!) Here are the Shumways.

I'm so glad you were able to come home for the holidays. I'm glad you made it before this huge storm started. The roads are nasty today! Have a great holiday break. Merry Christmas.

The snow looks just beautiful! We went to a Christmas Eve Brunch/Swim Party outdoors - it was 75 degrees that day. Still seems strange to not have cold weather at Christmas. Your party looks fun too. Merry Christmas Bischoffs!
